Digital Pathway offers digital learning services such as online courses, video lessons, language learning content, and eBooks. As all courses and learning materials are provided in digital format, refunds are generally not applicable once access to the content has been granted.
Refund requests may be considered only in the following cases:
• If a technical issue from our side prevents access to the purchased course
• If payment is deducted but course access is not provided
Any refund request must be submitted within a reasonable time after purchase along with valid details for verification. Refunds will not be provided in cases of:
• Change of mind after purchase
• Partial or complete course consumption
• Inability to use the course due to personal reasons
• Lack of usage or progress by the learner
Digital Pathway reserves the right to review each request and take the final decision regarding refunds. By enrolling in any course on Digital Pathway, you agree to this refund policy.
